M&T Bank - CX IGNITE Event
Creative: M&T’s Internal Team, Salt Pond Creative & Jason Jurewicz
Production & Post: Jason Jurewicz
Produced the highlight video for CX Ignite, an internal innovation summit hosted at M&T Bank’s Seneca One tech hub. The event brought together leadership from across the organization to share new ideas, showcase technology-driven solutions, and reinforce the bank’s commitment to putting customers first.
This project was part of a broader effort to align storytelling with internal transformation. I collaborated closely with internal communications, project leads, and C-suite stakeholders to ensure the final product clearly conveyed purpose, energy, and alignment with M&T’s strategic priorities.
The final videos combined original footage with interviews recorded by M&T’s internal video team, along with supplemental content captured by the event production partner. I handled post-production and messaging alignment to ensure the finished deliverables were dynamic, unified, and audience-ready.

COMPLETE PAYROLL
Creative: Complete Payroll’s Internal Team & Jason Jurewicz
Production & Post: Jason Jurewicz
Produced a narrative-driven brand video that brought Complete Payroll’s small-town personality and values to life. By leveraging local assets—including employees, a historic farm, a century-old tractor, and yes, a horse—we crafted a visual identity that felt as down-to-earth and approachable as the company itself.
Led all phases of production, from concept development and location scouting to directing talent and capturing cinematic visuals. Partnered closely with department heads and the internal marketing team to align the creative with key messaging priorities, ensuring the final deliverable supported both recruitment and brand awareness goals.
The result: a high-impact, cost-effective video that combines storytelling, authenticity, and strategic communication—demonstrating how even highly regulated or “dry” industries can benefit from human-centered, content-forward approaches.

GRAND ISLAND: A Grand Place to Live, Work and Play
Creative, Production & Post: Jason Jurewicz
Over the course of a year, I produced a four-part video series that showcased Grand Island through the changing seasons—capturing not just its scenic beauty, but the rhythms of life that make it feel like home. From nature preserves and waterfront parks to the iconic South Grand Island Bridge, the series celebrates what makes the island a vibrant place to live, work, and play.
I collaborated closely with the Town Board and the local tourism bureau to identify compelling locations and authentic voices, ensuring that each piece aligned with the town’s vision for community storytelling. We scouted, scheduled, and interviewed with intention—building narratives around both place and people.
The end result was a strategic content series that feels personal and place-based—designed to instill pride among residents and offer newcomers a genuine sense of what Grand Island is all about.

TASTE COFFEE in EAST AURORA
Creative, Production & Post: Jason Jurewicz
I used to perform as an acoustic singer/songwriter at Taste Coffee, so it was a full-circle moment collaborating with the owner on a story-driven piece about her business and what makes it unique to the community and economy of East Aurora, NY.
It was also one of the first projects where my skills in directing, shooting, and storytelling really clicked, setting the tone for the community-focused work I’ve continued to pursue.
